"We're left to tell the tale of the things we can remember in a requiem or lullaby."
--"Hero" by Melinda Kingsley

Melinda
Melinda Kingsley is a singer/songwriter who grew up in the foothills of northwest Georgia but moved to Atlanta to pursue singing in a more serious venue. "I feel that singing is my strongest thing and I really just started playing guitar because I needed a vehicle for my songs," says Melinda. "I have a day job, so I can just perform for the love of it."
She lives quietly in Atlanta in a tiny house with her dogs, Jake and Chicken, and a turtle named Merridoc (who won't eat fish).

Katie
Katie grew up surfing in Cocoa Beach, Florida, but moved to Georgia a number of years ago to pursue her studies. With a degree in Communications, Katie knows how to bring people together and is a professional social coordinator. The daughter of a painter, Katie is creative by nature; however, her creativity knows no boundaries. Realizing the importance of creative social experiences, she is currently earning a Master's Degree in Recreational Therapy. Katie is the pulse of the band, her Girl Scout troop, her workplace at the Arthritis Foundation, and her friends and family.
Katie lives right next door to Melinda and often pops over to borrow ingredients for Mai Tais, which she serves in her Tiki Bar.

Mac
Even after fifteen years in Atlanta, Mac still considers herself a northerner. Born in Connecticut to a jazz bass-playing father and a Hawaiian guitar-playing mother, she was raised with music central in her life. However, she had difficulty finding time to play music as she became more deeply involved in her vocation as a teacher. When Melinda was in search of a drummer, Mac offered her services, even though she had never played drums before!
"It just feels good to have music in my life again and to have an outlet for the rhythms I hear in my head. I am fortunate to play with such fun, talented women."
